Swim Lessons

I hooked the camera up to the computer Saturday night to get the Adam's graduation Pics off and I found these from Parker's Swim Lessons!  I totally forgot about them!

Riglee was so fussy all night long.  At about 2 am Riglee started crying again and I left here there a few minutes hoping she would go back to sleep.  When she wasn't calming down I went in to get her and Parker was standing next to her bed trying to hand her a spit rag and telling her everything would be okay.

He's such a great big brother!!

Parker Sayings -

Parker was playing on Riglee's mat today on the floor and said, "My hair hurts."

Me: "Parker what do you want to get dad for Father's Day?"
Parker: "Pizza!"

Parker: "Mom, Mom, Mom, Look Mom, Mom..."
Me: "What are you doing?"
Parker: "Rolling my eyes."

Parker: "I want to hello Kia"  (which means he wants to call Aunt Kari on the phone)

Parker: "I want to hello Daddy on the puter."  (which means he wants to video chat with Adam)

Parker Haynes Loves His Mommy

Parker was on the news today! My sister is friends with the news anchor, Jessica, and she sent the clip to her just to show her (Jessica has become all of our friend and we call her Parker's boyfriend haha). The Co-Anchor (he wasn't in the clip - he was off today) heard it and told Jessica it had to be their clip of the week! haha

Mother's Day 2011

Adam and Parker wrote a poem for me last year - and this year Parker was big enough to actually read it to me himself!  Adam took him in the back and recorded him saying it and put it to music.  Tears came to my eyes when I heard it!

Here feet are so different from Parkers!  His were thick and fat and hers are tiny and skinny!

We found Parker asleep like this one day - he usually sleeps on the side where all of his stuffed animals are...

Here's Rigs today - She was a lil mad! Not the cutest pic of my cute lil girl, but its a recent one!

Things have been going pretty good with the kids! We went to Lufkin on Friday to spend time with Caryn's fam!  Parker had a blast playing with his cousins and Rigs got some quality time with Aunt Caryn and Uncle Justin.  I came home with allergies kicking my butt! 

Rigs is growing like crazy!  She is awake a lot during the day and sleeps all night from about 10pm until 10am!  It's been very nice!  If I could just get Parker on a better sleep schedule!  And Potty Trained!

Hop

Sarah and I took Claire and Parker to see Hop tonight while the guys were at the priesthood session of conference.  Mom kept Riglee and Lindon for us!  I thought it was a cute movie - it wasn't as funny as I thought it would be, but it was cute nonetheless. 

Of course it was freak expensive though - $8.50 for my movie ticket - Thankfully Parker was free!

$11.57 (or something like that) for Popcorn and a drink - If we got a small popcorn and drink it would have been 10 bucks - so we opted for the upgrade to the large with free refills in case we wanted more...

Sarah got her and Claire Iccees - more than 10 bucks for 2!  But I have to say they were pretty freaking amazing!  Orange Cream!  YUM!!

It was expensive - but fun!

I'm on the Phone

The other night I was watching Parker sit at the desk in my moms kitchen.  He was holding his ball up to his ear and talking to it like it was a telephone.  He was taking "notes" in his coloring book.

When I asked him what he was doing he said, "I'm on the Phone."

That night he talked to Hunter, Aunt Kia and Uncle Matt and probably a few other people.

Car Wash

A few weekends ago, Kari came over to wash her car and Parker and Mom helped her...He loved it!

Parkers New Hair Cut

Adam took Parker to get his hair cut the other day!  It was getting so long!  When the lady asked if they wanted it styled, Parker said, "Yes!" haha!  So she styled it for him!

Good Nights Rest

Riglee did pretty good last night!  My mom fed her for us at 9:30ish and she fell asleep around 10 or so.  She didn't wake up wanting food until 4:30!  After I fed her and changed her diaper, she went back to sleep and slept until 9:00!

Parker went to sleep last night at the table sitting in Aunt Kia's lap playing the ipad at 9:30.  Adam came and got him, changed his diaper, put him in pajamas, put him in bed and Parker stayed asleep through it all!  He didn't wake up this morning until after 10!

Let's just say it was a good night!  Although I stayed up with my mom until about 12:30 and then I went in and emptied the dishwasher and reloaded it.  So I didn't get to bed until 1 or so, but it was definitely a successful night!

We had discounts and coupons for amazon so we ordered her bedding!  I put her in her crib this morning for her nap - When we get her on a better night time schedule she will start sleeping in there at night because she will be sharing a room with Parker.

Parker's 2nd Birthday

We had a small family party at my parent's house for Parker's 2nd Birthday on Saturday.  Parker isn't a fan of sweets and Adam isn't a fan of cake, so we got a cookie!  Here is a video of him blowing out the candles, opening a gift (he kept tearing the tissue paper when he would take it out of the bag - then when he pulled a toy out, he would run off with it and we'd have to get him to come back to open more gifts haha) and then him blowing out candles on his real birthday. 

We are so grateful for the family that came and supported Parker Lil Buddy for his 2nd Birthday!

So Tired!

I was in Lufkin a few days last week visiting with my sister.  Parker always talks about Tay-Tay, Tucker and Tucker (haha - for some reason he can't say Hunter and calls them both Tucker!) and so it was time for a visit!  We headed to Hobby Lobby to get some fleece for my mom and Parker had fallen asleep in the car on the way.  I carried him into the store and as we were walking around, he started getting heavier and heavier.  I tried to put him down to walk and he almost collapsed to the floor because he was so asleep and wouldn't wake up.  I picked him up and put him in an empty basket I found close to us and he couldn't get comfy so he cried.  I picked him back up and told Caryn she was going to have to take her turn because he was just too heavy.  After we got all the fleece cut, we put some in the bottom of the basket and then used another piece for his pillow.  When we went to check out, I just handed the cashier the piece of paper telling her what to charge us for the fleece, because I wasn't picking him back up! haha

This was taken Wednesday night after my Grandpa's Funeral at my parents house - Parker stole the bag of Cheetos off the table and was carrying the bag around. Luckily Uncle Christopher saved the day and stole the bag from him so he wouldn't sit there and eat the whole thing!!

Nap Time

Parker was up so early this morning (well early for us haha - 7:30ish)  so I put him down for a nap around 12:30 or so.  He was in his room crying for his daddy.  I felt bad because he's teething again and as had a runny nose all day so I went in his room and got him and he sat on the couch for a few minutes and then went to his room to play.  It got really quiet back there and I went and checked in the camera and he was in his bed asleep.

Yep that's right.  Parker shut his door and got in bed and put himself down for a nap.  Poor kid hasn't felt good all day. Hopefully the rest of his teeth come in soon so we will be past this!!  He has all a molar in each corner of his mouth and he's cutting the teeth in between those and his front teeth.

New Hair Cut

Parker was getting a major mullet and my hair lady usually cuts his hair for me when I go to get mine done, but I haven't been in a while (and missed my last appt - it was at like 11 and I realized at 11:30 that I was supposed to be there -- hadn't showered or anything and had a 10 minute drive --- I'm still sorry Tiff!).  So Saturday we decided to take Parker to Comedy Cuts to get it cut - I am not brave enough to do it myself!

Look how short it is -- he def doesn't look like my lil boy anymore - he looks like a big boy!  He's growing up way to fast!

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Hot Dog Dance
