I went to the doctor today. I made my sister-in-law go with me because I don't do doctors alone and mom had other obligations. My grandma used to have to pay me to go to the doctor. I told her I'm so poor now she needs to still pay me. :) Adam couldn't get off work because it wasn't my scheduled appointment. I thought I was getting another infection so I called and they wanted me to come in. We got to hear the heart beat for the first time. I saw it last time on the little ultrasound machine, but it was cool hearing it and it made it real that there is something in my tummy forming. The doctor came in an explained a few things and then we left.
My next appointment is in four weeks and the ultrasound is in six weeks I think. I am excited to know what it is so we can pick out a name and call it by its name instead of saying the baby all the time. My niece and nephew asked me all weekend what we were going to name it and Adam kept saying Batman or Wonder Woman and they just laughed. He really wants the middle name to be a super hero name cause he thinks they would love it. Yeah until they were 10. Then they would hate their parents for doing such a thing to them. We'll see. Adam got a new web Address for his blog so check it out on my side bar.

Does anyone have a mom that thinks that you have to spell absolutely correct no matter what? It seems as though every time she shes me she tells me I spelled the title of my last blog incorrectly. I don't pronounce that word Yip-pee. I pronounce it Yip-ee. That's why I spelled it the way I did. But this is for you mom...

Adam got the job that we have been praying he would get. He will be making decent money and we will get insurance!! That's a good thing. He will be working at Lamar from 8-5. He's not usually an early riser but it's good practice for when the baby comes. O happy day. The only downer is, he will not graduate in December with me. By working like this, he will only be able to take a few classes a semester instead of the overload he was going to. But it's okay. Hopefully he will still graduate in May or Aug. We shall see.

Things have been so crazy around here. We have both been working very hard and still trucking at the school thing. The new semester starts tomorrow. It's been hard getting my naps in during the day due to all the loudness at mom and dads. We only have window units at our house, so during the day I come to moms cause it's a lot cooler. Still hot, but cooler. They have been getting some stuff done around the house and it's been so loud. Adam is painting the dining room now for them. I went to the doctor yesterday for the first time for the pregnancy. He said things look good. I wish I was further than 12 weeks. I still have 28 to go. UGH. That's a long time.
I asked him if he induced patients due to the fact that mom had 6 kids naturally that were all over 10 lbs. I don't want a 10 lber. Moms biggest was 12 lbs 9 oz. That is way to big. He said it isn't a good enough reason for a voluntary induction, but it was a good enough reason for a c-section. I don't want him to chop me open. I've already been chopped open for my gallbladder surgery and could move around for 3 days. (It was laparoscopic.) It would not be good if they cut me all the way open. Anywho. That's it for now.

Yep he is the hero of the night. He fixed my blog. I don't know why it was down, but I guess its back up and now my background is fixed. WAHOO. I'm a happy wife. I go to the doctor Wednesday. We'll see how it goes.
So I had my background from the website http://thecutestblogsontheblock.com and it's no longer working. I checked out my blog today and it was a total black background with nothing fun. No cute thing. That was it. It was totally gone. I am kinda sad. What up with that?

I finally got first place and four stars on the wii. Mom had first place on the table tilt, ha ha. We are so competitive. We say we aren't but we are. I played it and tried really hard and I got way higher than her. I was so excited. She was excited because her wii age was 34 yesterday. Can you believe it? I can't wait til Kari and Matt get home to join in the competition. Kari can be a little competitive too. We have missed her being around and can't wait until she gets home. I wish I was rich so I could fly up in August for her graduation and drive back home with them. Actually, Adam really wants to go up to drive back with Matt and his Dad. They are the best of friends.
What can I cook for dinner? Mom nor Dad is home yet and I have no clue. Oh well. Guess I'll wait for mom to come home to see what she is cooking. :)
