I need to do a little venting...
1) Why don't old people that need hearing aid wear them? I had to yell at a customer today so she could hear me.
2) Why do people think they can just walk in the back room here at work? I don't walk in their backroom at their work. People scare me when I am by myself and they don't say anything they just walk back here while I am packaging up their stuff.
3) If you want to move to a free country... SPEAK ENGLISH... I am tired of trying to speak Spanish so people can understand me. That is not my job. It is not my responsibility. When people come in here or call and want someone to speak Spanish, to be honest, I want to tell them to get out of here sometimes because it gets so frustrating. I don't think they have a right to get mad at me for not understanding them. Now if we were in Mexico or Spain, yes. Here, NO.
Okay I'm done for now.

I totally hear you on the Spanish speaking thing. That drives me absolutely bonkers because they think WE need to learn Spanish. UH not gonna happen. You are in MY country.
Kim you know what I love about blogs...it is just like a journal and you can say whatever you want! If people get offended then that is their problem!!!! Call me lady!!! We need to do lunch!!!
I guess you didn't like my comment and that's why it got deleted. I didn't say it to be mean. I'm just trying to save you a lot of grief. A blog is not like a journal b/c a journal is private. A blog is VERY public. I love you and am just trying to help. I'm sorry that people are taking that the wrong way. If you want me to stop reading your blog just let me know, or if you want me to stop commenting. I'll do whatever you want me to. If other people have a problem about it then they can mind their own business. I love you and hope to see you soon. I hope you are feeling good! Drink lots of water! :)
While I appreciate your concern, I just feel like my blog is my place to write what I think and feel. I don't expect anyone to agree with me. If someone chooses to take offense, there's nothing I can do about that. Sometimes I feel annoyed or frustrated or whatever and my blog is my place to vent those feelings and to get feedback and support from my friends. If someone finds it overly negative, they are free to not read my blog. I don't mind people commenting, but I don't really like being told what I should or shouldn't write. I feel like it's my blog and I get to decide what to write about. Again, if someone feels it is overly negative, they can not read my blog. It won't hurt my feelings. Thanks for the pregnancy tips...I'm drinking so much water I feel like I'm going to float away! ;)
Drinking water is the one thing I DIDN'T do when I was pregnant...maybe that's why I had a bladder infection every week! :) I was miserable. You live and learn I guess. Next time I'll drink water like CRAZY!
Sorry for what I said then, if it offended you. I know how frustrated you can get. Especially when you are pregnant. You have so much to worry about that every other thing makes you want to scream or cry or both. I agree with what you said in your blog. People do need to speak English if they are going to live here. I wasn't saying that I didn't agree with you. I was, honestly, just trying to help. So it kinda made me upset when Maren said what she did b/c it was like a slap in the face, and I honestly was just trying to help you. I have no problem with anybody. If you or anybody else has one just let me know, and we can talk about it. We are all adults. I love you and hope you are not upset with me in any way. If there are further problems please email and not post about it. Thanks! If I have another suggestion that you might get mad about I'll keep it to myself. Again, sorry and I will see you later.
I need to come back down there and bring Claire to the sprinkle park when it's not to windy. She didn't enjoy it last time b/c of the wind. Poor thing was freezing cold!
